About us
One crew for framing and siding.
We're locally owned and have worked all over Skagit County since 2020.
Since we do both trades, the crew that frames the house is the same one that wraps and sides it. Nobody hands the job off halfway, and there's no question about who's responsible for keeping water out.
How long siding lasts mostly comes down to what's under it: the sheathing, house wrap, flashing, and fasteners.
Builders, we also take subcontract framing.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Call or send the form below and we will set up a time to look at the job.
What siding do you install?
Fiber cement, LP engineered lap, cedar, and other lap and panel siding. If you are not sure what suits your house, we can talk through the options when we look at the job.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington, L&I #GOLDHHC781D1.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size of the house and the weather. We give you a schedule with your estimate and keep to it.
My siding has rot behind it. Can you fix that too?
Yes. When we tear off old siding we check the sheathing underneath, replace anything rotted, and redo the house wrap and flashing before the new siding goes on.
Do you do subcontract framing for builders?
Yes. We take framing work from builders and general contractors. Call us to talk about your schedule and plans.
Where do you work?
All over Skagit County, including Mount Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes, Sedro-Woolley, La Conner, and the surrounding area.
